Habanero Hot Pepper Salsa
The Habanero pepper is also known in Costa Rica as the Panamanian pepper. It adds a spicy touch to all foods. It’s ideal for rice, meats and even salads. Habanero, Jalapeño and Cayenne peppers are grown in the Costa Rican regions of Bagaces, Upala, Guápiles, Siquirres and Pocora at an altitude of 100 meters (328 feet) above sea level.

Ingredients: Water, habanero pepper, carrot, onion, sugar cane vinegar, salt, lemon juice, acetic acid, garlic, citric acid, xanthan gum.

Cayenne Hot Pepper Salsa
The cayenne pepper takes its name from the city of Cayenne in French Guyana. It goes well with barbecued meats and serves as a general cooking salsa. It enhances the flavor of other salsas, dips and marinades. Chipotle Hot Pepper Salsa
The Aztec word for “smoke” gives this pepper its name. The chipotle (chee POAT lay) is a red, ripe red jalapeño pepper than has been dried and specially smoked over firewood. This gives it a special flavor without diminishing its spiciness. Chipotle adds a piquant, smoky flavor to all types of dishes.
