For security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship only to verifiable physical home or business addresses where someone will be available to accept and sign a receipt for the shipment. We are currently able to ship to the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), Canada and Mexico. If you are from somewhere else, please send us an email with your full name, shipping address and products you are interested in, so we can quote shipping charges. Handling charges per order are $2.75. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Costa Rica may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Shipping time, in most orders, is 3 to 4 weeks via economy shipping. Rocking chairs have a shipping time of 3 to 4 days via UPS. |
